The sample production time typically takes 3-5 business days depending on the complexity of the design. Once the sample is ready, it will be shipped out immediately, and the delivery time will depend on your location.

If you wish to make changes to your order or sample after it has been placed, please contact us as soon as possible. We can accommodate changes if the order hasn’t yet been processed or shipped. However, if production has already started, we may not be able to make alterations, and additional fees could apply.
